Marketing
Understand first · scope second
Understand the work. Before you pay for it.
Each channel does a different job. We explain why a service is being recommended, what it needs to work, what it cannot control, and what evidence will guide the next decision. Then we scope the smallest useful next step—even when that means telling you a service should wait.
How the pieces differ
Connected, but not interchangeable.
You may need one service, a sequence, or a prerequisite fixed first. The order should come from the diagnosis, not from a bundle.
- 01
Help people find you
Meta Ads can introduce an offer. Google Ads can meet active searches. SEO can build useful search visibility over time.
- 02
Give them somewhere clear to act
The website explains the offer, answers the important questions, and supports the next action.
- 03
Follow up with permission
Email continues the conversation with people who chose to hear from the business.
Diagnose before prescribing
We do not start with a channel.
More activity does not fix an unclear offer, broken tracking, a confusing website, or weak follow-up. We start with what is happening now and explain what the available evidence can—and cannot—tell us.
- 01
Understand
The offer, customer, goal, constraints, and what has already been tried.
- 02
Inspect
The website, accounts, tracking, available data, and the path a customer takes.
- 03
Explain
What the evidence supports, what remains unknown, and what needs attention first.
- 04
Recommend
The smallest useful next step and why it comes before the alternatives.
- 05
Review
The signals that will tell us to continue, change, or stop.
The five services
What each one does—and what it needs.
Open any service for the questions we ask before recommending it. Marketing work is quoted after this review; there are no public package prices.
01Web design & developmentGive every channel a clear place to land.
Give people a clear, reliable place to understand the offer and buy, inquire, or book.
We inspect first
- Mobile usability, page structure, and copy
- Speed, accessibility, and platform limits
- Analytics, forms, checkout, and how easily the site can be maintained
It needs
- A clear offer and approved content or assets
- Access to the current platform and available analytics
- One person who can approve decisions
How we judge it
We agree on the actions the site needs to support, record the starting condition, and compare the same signals after release. A newer look by itself is not the measure.
When we would not recommend it
A full rebuild is usually not the first step when the offer is still unclear or the main problem is that the right people are not reaching the site.
02Meta AdsIntroduce and test an offer on Facebook and Instagram.
Use paid placement on Facebook and Instagram to introduce an offer and learn how people respond.
We inspect first
- The offer, audience, creative, and landing page
- Tracking and the condition of the current ad account
- What a sale or lead is worth and what the business can fulfil
It needs
- A working purchase or lead path
- A measurable action and enough creative to test
- Platform spend that is separate from the cost of our work
How we judge it
We use website and business activity alongside the platform report. We do not treat an Ads Manager screenshot as proof by itself, and we do not guarantee return on ad spend.
When we would not recommend it
Ads should wait when the offer, tracking, landing page, checkout, or fulfilment cannot support the traffic yet.
03Google AdsMeet people who are already looking for something related.
Use paid placement on Google to reach people looking for something related to what the business sells.
We inspect first
- Whether relevant searches exist and the language people use
- Location, the current account, and the pages ads would send people to
- Tracking and the action that should happen after the click
It needs
- A clear offer and a page that matches the search
- A measurable next action
- Platform spend that is separate from the cost of our work
How we judge it
We look at the searches that triggered the ads and the business actions that followed. Clicks alone are not a result, and no volume or cost can be promised before the market responds.
When we would not recommend it
Another route may make more sense when relevant search activity is weak, the searches are too broad, or the site cannot handle or measure the next step.
04SEOHelp useful pages get found in relevant searches over time.
Make useful pages easier for search engines to find, understand, and show for relevant searches over time.
We inspect first
- Indexing, technical issues, and site structure
- Available Search Console data and existing pages
- What the audience searches for and what the current results already answer
It needs
- Access to the site and available search data
- The ability to update or publish useful pages
- Time to make changes and evaluate what follows
How we judge it
We track whether the right pages can be found, whether relevant search visibility changes, and whether useful visits lead to agreed actions. Rankings cannot be guaranteed.
When we would not recommend it
SEO is not the right first recommendation when the only goal is an immediate response or the business cannot maintain the site and its information.
05Email marketingFollow up with people who chose to hear from you.
Use permission-based email to welcome, inform, follow up with, and reconnect with people who chose to hear from the business.
We inspect first
- How contacts joined and the health of the current list
- Sending-domain setup, deliverability, and signup points
- Existing automated emails, campaigns, and audience groups
It needs
- A permission-based list
- Access to the sending platform and domain settings
- A real reason to communicate and ongoing business input
How we judge it
We look at successful delivery, useful clicks or replies, and business actions that can be traced with the information available. List size by itself is not success.
When we would not recommend it
We do not buy lists or send to people who did not give permission. If there is no audience or clear signup path yet, that prerequisite comes first.
Before you approve the work
You should be able to answer these.
- 01
Why is this service being recommended now?
- 02
What evidence supports the recommendation?
- 03
What is known, and what remains an assumption?
- 04
What must be fixed or supplied first?
- 05
What is included, excluded, and owned by each side?
- 06
What can this work influence, and what can it not control?
- 07
What evidence will guide the next decision?
If we cannot explain those points plainly, the scope is not ready.
Scope + cost
Quoted after we understand the starting point.
Marketing work does not carry public package pricing. Cost depends on the condition of the current website, accounts, and tracking; how much must be repaired; which markets, pages, or campaigns are involved; and whether the required content already exists.
We explain those variables and put the recommended scope and cost in writing before work begins. Advertising spend and paid tools are separate from the cost of our work.
Start with what you know
You do not need to diagnose it yourself.
Tell us what is happening now, what you have tried, and what you want to change. We will ask for the missing context and explain the next sensible step—even when it is not one of these services.
No agency language needed.
